We currently ship USPS First Class Mail(2-9 days) for items 13oz and under and UPS Ground Shipping services (3-5 days) to the 48 Continental US. We use UPS Basic Ground Shipping for items weighing less than 5 lbs and UPS Ground Shipping for items weighing more than 5 lbs. We also offer 3 day select and overnight UPS services at checkout if you wish to upgrade your shipping.

United States Other:
We currently ship USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Military Addresses, and other Us Locations outside the 48 Continental US. We ship First Class Mail(2-9 days) for items weighing under 13oz and under and we ship Parcel Post(2-9 days) for items weighing over 13 oz. We also over Priority Mail and Overnight express at checkout if you would like to upgrade your shipping services.

International Shipping:
We currently ship Priority Mail International (6-10 days/ not guaranteed) and Express Mail International (5 Days/ not guaranteed) worldwide. Please select the Shipping Calculator Box to get a quote for your country.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.

After you are finished ordering all of the items that you would like to purchase, please visit our checkout to complete payment of your item(s). Your checkout will remain open for payment for 7 days from the date that the auction is won.

In the case that a buyer wants to void the legal contract that was signed when making the purchase from Angel Scraps Online, a fee of $10 or 15% of the total purchase (whichever is greater) will be accessed in order to end the legal contract on good terms. If the buyer refuses to pay this fee and will not pay for the item that they legally agreed to purchase; an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with EBay against the buyer. Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Shipping is full price for the most expensive shipping item and $1.00 for each additional item purchased from us. For items that qualify for FREE SHIPPING, you will not be charged for any additional items that also qualify for FREE SHIPPING, but still have the option to upgrade to UPS Basic Ground/ UPS Ground Shipping for a small fee at checkout which is trackable and more reliable. (48 Continental US Only)

To receive your combined shipping discount, it is very important that you do not pay for each item individually. Instead, purchase each item that you would like from us and then visit our checkout for payment within 7 days. Your shipping will be automatically combined for you at that time. If you pay for items separately, you will not receive a shipping discount. We also offer UPS Basic Ground shipping (1-5 lbs) and UPS Ground shipping(6 lbs+) for $5.00 for the 48 Continental US States on all combined purchases. This means that you can add as many items to your basket and the most you will pay is $5.00 and you will receive UPS Shipping which is trackable and more reliable. For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Military addresses or other US territories we only ship USPS.

International orders are automatically weighed and calculated in our shopping cart at checkout. If you wish to purchase multiple items from us, please make sure you have completed shopping before you checkout to recieve a combined shipping discount.

Shipping costs on returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please e-mail us before returning it. All returns and exchanges must be received by Angel Scraps within 30 days of purchase. For items purchased between November 1 and December 25, the return period is extended to January 31.

We guarantee that your item will arrive as advertised in perfect condition. If you find any defects with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days and we'll exchange it. In these instances, Angel Scraps will cover all shipping costs.
